    Founder | Yoga, Breath & Sound

    Jarrod is the founder of Attune, a yoga and sound practice dedicated to helping people reconnect with balance, vitality, and inner clarity. After a successful career in business, his own journey led him to discover the transformative power of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound therapy. Inspired to deepen his practice, he trained in India before returning to South Africa with a mission to share these ancient disciplines in a way that is accessible, practical, and deeply relevant to modern life.

  • Elaine Brooke

    Heated Vinyasa & Aerial | Movement & Empowerment

    Elaine Brooke is a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor specialising in Heated Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga. Passionate about movement, mindfulness, and personal growth, she creates supportive, uplifting classes that help students build strength, confidence, and balance. Trained through Earth Yoga Studio and Zero Gravity Yoga, Elaine believes yoga should be accessible, empowering, and transformative, encouraging every student to explore their practice with confidence, curiosity, and ease.

    Hatha & Breathwork | Nervous System & Presence

    Hema is a Yoga Teacher and Advanced Breathwork Practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. Trained in 300-hour Hatha Yoga, Myofascial Release, and conscious breathwork, she creates nurturing, embodied practices that support nervous system regulation, release tension, and restore balance. With a calm and compassionate approach, Hema empowers students to cultivate greater presence, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves.

    Yoga has evolved from a personal practice into a way of life, shaping not only how I move, but how I live. Since completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, and through years of teaching yoga and Pilates, I've developed a movement-based approach that blends strength, mobility, flexibility, breath, and mindful awareness. With a strong focus on alignment and the body as one connected whole, my classes are designed to help you move with confidence, curiosity, and ease. My intention is to create a supportive space where you can build trust in your body, deepen your practice, and leave feeling grounded, strong, and more connected to yourself.

    Marishka discovered yoga in 2020 and quickly experienced its transformative impact on both body and mind. Qualified in Hatha, Aerial and Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Pilates, she brings a diverse and holistic approach to every class. As an MBA graduate with a background in the corporate world, she understands the importance of finding balance in the demands of everyday life. Her teaching focuses on creating mindful, sustainable practices that build strength, cultivate resilience, and support overall wellbeing, empowering students to reconnect with themselves both on and off the mat.

    With over 12 years of dedicated yoga practice, Mich brings a calm, grounded approach to every class. Passionate about movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing, she creates supportive practices that build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate balance from within. Her intention is to help students reconnect with themselves, move with greater awareness, and experience the lasting benefits of a more mindful and balanced life.

    Vinyasa | Joy & Confidence

    Phoenixx Nandi is a passionate Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, self-love coach, and wellness facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and joy. After a successful career in network engineering, a single yoga class changed the course of her life, leading her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2018. Since then, she has taught across studios, private sessions, retreats, online platforms, wellness events, and aboard luxury yachts around the world. Phoenixx brings an energetic, creative, and uplifting approach to every class, blending strength, playfulness, and mindful movement in a way that is welcoming to every body and every level. Her intention is to create an empowering space where students can build confidence, cultivate self-love, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected to themselves.

    Reshika is a Yoga Therapist and instructor with over five years of experience, specialising in Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Yin Yoga. Passionate about the therapeutic benefits of mindful movement, she creates nurturing and supportive practices that encourage healing, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing. With a calm and compassionate teaching style, Reshika helps students release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement, leaving each class feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply restored.

    Sajiv Issuree has been practising yoga for over 21 years and teaching for more than a decade. Trained in Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Budokon, Aerial Yoga, and Kids Yoga, he brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach that blends strength, mobility, breath, philosophy, and play. His classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge, inspire, and support students of all levels, creating space to build confidence, deepen awareness, and move with intention. Alongside his work as an independent actuarial consultant, Sajiv brings a unique appreciation for balance, structure, and connection—qualities that are reflected in his teaching. For Sajiv, yoga is more than a practice; it is a way of living with greater presence, resilience, and purpose.

    Siobhan Power is a yoga teacher with over 20 years of practice and extensive training across India and Europe. Drawing on her background as a dancer and DJ, Siobhan thoughtfully integrates music and movement to create immersive practices that encourage presence, resilience, and connection. Passionate about making yoga both accessible and transformative, she empowers students to move with intention and reconnect with themselves on and off the mat.
